Am I the only one who can't connect these buds to a laptop or tablet? the Galaxy buds app is apparently not compatible with these things either, I now have headphones that only work on my mobile phone

Helpful answer

My wife uses them every day with her PC, tablet and phone.
However, I'm not sure whether they can be connected to several devices at the same time. Try switching off Bluetooth on the phone.

I connected the buds to my iPhone and the wife's, decoupled both devices. The tablet is a Huawai m5 (understand old software that there can be compatibility problems) and the laptop is an Asus Rog from 2024, also one from 2019, both impossible to connect.
