Ok, I received guidance from Benq Team which seems to resolve the issue. In case anyone would experience similar problem, you may need to perform a power cycle on the unit to resolve this. Please remove all devices and cables from the unit, including the power cable. Once it is disconnected, please press the power button to drain any residual energy out. From there, let the unit sit for several minutes
(10-30) and reconnect. That should help.I only need the projector for the image reproduction.
How did they do the update? I can't find anything.
