Apparently there is now possibility to download latest software without sending the device to the service. I've got notification about latest software being ready and proceeded to update (to V2). Not sure what are the changes in general, but I noticed lagging while playing a video using Android TV (for example from YouTube or Prime). I didn't observe this lagging while testing this device on V1 of the software. It only affects playing video from Android TV - it's just not being played smoothly anymore. Does anyone have an idea what to do with it, or maybe if there is any possibility to downgrade software back to V1 ?

Ok, I received guidance from Benq Team which seems to resolve the issue. In case anyone would experience similar problem, you may need to perform a power cycle on the unit to resolve this. Please remove all devices and cables from the unit, including the power cable. Once it is disconnected, please press the power button to drain any residual energy out. From there, let the unit sit for several minutes

(10-30) and reconnect. That should help.
