Are the keys available for purchase individually? One of these 4 pins broke off at O and K (for whatever reason) and the keys don't really hold anymore. Or do I have to get rid of the whole keyboard?

Unfortunately, I can't say any more than Rolf_Hamecher. The warranty has probably already expired. Since these keyboards are not exactly the cheapest, I can imagine that Logitech will send a few keys as a gesture of goodwill. Good luck
