Are the products on Digitec and Galaxus ALWAYS checked, or is it possible that for products not marked as "checked," I could also expect damage or defects? Especially with used products.

Items declared as "Verified Return" are checked by us and refurbished for resale. Items declared as "Used", however, are sold directly by community members, and we only serve as a sales platform.
