Question about Sony WF-1000XM4
Are there any restrictions in use when only one unit is used? As I am deaf on one side, I would only use the left unit. Controls for music playback and tel. would be important to me. Maybe someone has tried this?

there are no restrictions. everything is customisable via the app!
yes, this fumctions well....
You can use the app to customise the controls, but you can only programme music controls (pause, next, previous, voice assistant) or noise cancellation to one plug.
I have not noticed any restrictions when using only one plug. hope this helps.
