The Airpods Pro work great on Android. However, the configuration has to be done on an iPhone. And in the Android settings, a setting must be made so that they are not so quiet.

Yes, Apple writes about this: AirPods Pro can be used as Bluetooth headphones with non-Apple devices. However, the functionality is limited.
