Are they both 3pin rgbheaders? Can I connect them to the controller of the Corsair 220t rgb airflow?

I am not familiar with the light shows either. According to the manual there are:
- 2 x RGB LED Srip Headers, 4 pin each (12V, R, G, B), for standard 5050 RGB LED strip 12 V
- 2 x controllable LED Srip Headers, each 4 pin (V (5V), D, no pin, G), for standard 5050 RGB LED strip
