I have no experience with glasses myself, but the Oculus comes with an extra spacer. Your glasses should have the following characteristics. Before wearing your Oculus Quest 2 or Quest headset with glasses, make sure that the frame of your glasses has the following maximum width and height measurements:
Width: 142 mm
Height: 50 mm
Once you have verified that your glasses are the correct size, insert the glasses spacer into your headset to ensure a further fit.
