I gave the headset to my granddaughter, 13, and she is absolutely delighted, as are all her colleagues.
Everyone at school swears by this device. If you are looking for a professional device, it is available, but at a much higher price.

Unfortunately I don't know, I didn't like the hedset in general. I quickly switched to a Hiyper x and am more than satisfied with it.
