Question about Sonos One Gen2
As soon as I say "Alexa, play Spotify"... comes "Your Spotify account does not support streaming on this device". Does anyone know how to fix this?

What kind of smartphone do you use? Does it work without voice control?
Could you check if the following steps have been done:
1. set up your Alexa device with the Amazon Alexa app. 2. go to Settingsthen Music & Media and connect your Spotify account.
Go to Settings, then Music & Media and connect your Spotify account. 3.
Tap Choose preset music services and select Spotify.
