At that price, you'd think they'd be sent priority, but now they've been lying around at the post office distribution centre for two days. I'll go shopping today and get them at Interdiscount, but unfortunately Digitec has been slowing down a lot lately.

Hi, God. Am I misunderstanding you? If the parcel is lying around at the POST distribution centre, what does that have to do with digitec? They can't do more than send it as quickly as possible. Every time I place an order, the POST also informs me that there may be delays due to the current situation.
Otherwise, just ask the POST (nicely) why the parcel is not being delivered.
digitec sends everything priority, except bulky goods. No matter how much the thing costs. No matter if it's Apple (who, by the way, are to blame for the high prices of the headphones).
