Question about Gigaset Dx800a
Because Swisscom is discontinuing the fixed network SMS function, I wanted to configure the phone for email today. However, it always says: Email server not available! Is this really not possible with Swisscom Email?

Yes, it should work, or it did work for me last week...
My configuration on the DX800A is:
Login name: xxx@bluewin.ch
Login-Password: E-Mail Password (Not the PW from Swisscom Login /Web Mail ! )
POP3 server: pop.bluewin.ch
POP3 server port: 110

It worked fine - but after reading an email you can't get back to all emails. There is only the delete button :-))

This means that it only works for 1 email account, which is of no use to me. Besides, according to the answer from Siemens, you can only receive emails but not send them.
The incoming mail server from Bluewin would actually be: pop3s.bluewin.ch / pop3 server port 995.
