Question about Adobe Creative Cloud Pro
Bought on 29.11.21 and still haven't received the licence key! Allegedly because of "delivery problems". Of course, if the licence key is generated at the time of purchase... I find that really cheeky. Does anyone have the same problem?

What makes you think that the licence key is generated at the time of purchase ? This is a delivery problem on Adobe's part.
Have you already complained to customer service ? Ask for a specific delivery date.
However, it is a bit strange that a licence key should not be available...
