Can anyone help me. When I plug the USB cable from the steering wheel into the PC, my PC crashes. But only with the steering wheel. I have already reset my PC completely but it still doesn't work.

It could be that the USB slot is defective or causing a short circuit. Try a different slot, preferably change front / rear. The other way round is also possible: the steering wheel is giving out the wrong current and overloading your computer.
