can anyone tell me how to trigger a RESET on this model? unfortunately i can only find reset instructions for other anker powerbanks. unfortunately it no longer charges and i should just be able to trigger a reset.

To reset an Anker PowerCore III Elite, connect the USB-C input/output with a USB-C to USB-C cable (or micro-USB input to USB-A output) for approx. 15 seconds. Alternatively, holding down the on/off button for about 10-15 seconds often helps.
