Yes, the connection to an iPhone can be established with this headset via Bluetooth. With the MacBook, both the dongle (my recommendation) and Bluetooth are supported. This headset comes with a USB-A dongle. The model with USB-C dongle is currently poorly available: Jabra Evolve2 85 UC (Wireless)
