Can I connect a wireless receiver to the keyboard that will work? For example, the Unifying receiver from Logitech.

As long as you connect the additional USB cable to your PC, which supplies the USB port on the keyboard with power, this is possible without any problems. I have a G513 here with a G703 mouse receiver plugged in, which works wonderfully (with my MX Master 3 it also works, of course).
