Can I connect an Elgato 4k Mk2, for example, and connect it to a notebook (also powerful)? Purely for streaming.

I have an ASUS Radeon RX 5700 (8GB) in my MacBook Pro with a Benq SW320 (3840x2160@60Hz), with an OWC Thunderbolt 3 Dock in between. I would also sell the Razor with graphics card if interested.
