Can I connect multiple PCs/laptops to the LG UltraFine 32UN880-B monitor and show their content at the same time (like the Dell UltraSharp U4320Q monitor)?

What do you mean by "simultaneously"?
Picture in picture? Mine can't do that (at least the firmware installed doesn't support it), but you can switch the source (video signals), one after the other...
