NEIN via thunderbolt wird nur 1 monitor vom m1 supported.

No. But that's not because of the dock, but because of the M1. At least it doesn't work with native resolution. There are descriptions on the internet of how to operate the M1 with two monitors. But these are cross-knee solutions from behind. The M1 does not support this natively.
