can i connect the Corsair RGB Fan LED Hub here as well, and still operate it via Icue? because i have 8 case fans and h150 i cappelix pro and need the connections.

Yes, you can connect 2 hubs to the two USB headers on the Commander Pro. I also did it that way. 10 fans + 2 temperature sensors.
I recommend that you possibly add one or two PWM splitters.
