I connected this headset to a Mitel 6940 desk phone. At the beginning everything worked fine.
Now suddenly the phone no longer has a connection to the headset. When pairing, the headset says "successfully paired", but the phone says "no connection possible", even though the phone recognises the headset. Can anyone help me with what to do?

Can work, audio quality and call control are then simply not supported by the manufacturer, dongle is already the best option :-) (also has a better range than the native Bluetooth)

I know the problem :). The Plantronicy Voyager 5200 UC (only the UC) comes with a transport tray with charging/docking function and a place for the dongle... if the dongle is always nicely stowed away, you won't lose it so quickly.
