Can I connect the keyboard via BT to my mac mini m1 and plug the USB dongle into a Windows computer to operate both computers alternately when one is switched off ?

I have the keyboard on #1 via USB dongle on Surface Pro; on #2 on APPLE iPad Pro via bluetooth.

Yes, that is possible. The keyboard can operate up to 3 devices in parallel!
