Can I just plug in the dongle and it works? Or do I still have to install a programme? And: I already have a dongle for the Sennheiser headset plugged into my laptop. Don't the two dongles interfere with each other? Or can I even run everything through one?

No, you don't need an extra programme and the dongles don't interfere with each other at all. Only the function of using one dongle for everything does not work.
