This monitor has two frameless monitors built into one, so to speak. So you have to connect both hdmi connections for left and right. This is not possible on a Mac without an adapter. Despite having an Apple-certified adapter, I have never been able to get it to work satisfactorily.

Should work, I have the same laptop with M2. Use DisplayPort > USB-C adapter. Only one screen works with the Air models.
