The Bluetooth 5.3 USB adapter (transmitter & receiver) from Ugreen does not work with the PS5 as it is only compatible with Windows 11/10/8.1.

For the PS5 you need a Bluetooth adapter with USB C connection. With the USB C aptX 5.3 Bluetooth Audio Dongle, Ugreen offers a better variant especially for the PS5, which enables wireless headphones like your Bose 700.
