Hello Wickid76. This is not thermal paste, but liquid metal. I would not use it for "normal" applications. Liquid metal is quite tricky. You should rather buy a heat conductive paste. Just type it into the search box. Today most of them are good, you can't buy anything wrong. And you can also use it for Mac pro 2013.
