Can I use this mouse without using the Bluetooth dongle? I want a mouse which I could connect to my pc using the PC Bluetooth. Thanks for the help.

Hi Fahradin,
The Logitech Unifying Reveivers are not Bluetooth dongles. They emit a 2.4 GHz signal and work only with Logitech Unifying Devices.
Nevertheless you can connect the mouse via Bluetooth if your PC Mainboard has a Bluetooth controller. The mouse has 3 connectable "ports" which you can switch between. Either connecting via bluetooth or a unifying dongle.
