Can it also be set smaller, e.g. 65"? Does this make the picture sharper? It always says up to max. 120 or 150". Can it always be set smaller - even below 80"? Thank you.

Helpful answer
Not really, just adjust to the surroundings with the app. But you can move the projector further forwards, then the image will be correspondingly smaller and you should be able to manage 65''. The picture doesn't get much better below 100'', with 120'' it is very sharp. The projector reacts sensitively to uneven surfaces due to the extreme close-up lens, every small curvature distorts the image and tension is a must for a good image. The projector must not be mounted on sideboards that are too high, otherwise the corrections with the feet will have a negative effect on the image.

Hello dongfang.ch

My device is currently being serviced, so I can't answer your question conclusively.
Conclusion after 3 weeks:

- I am satisfied with the device.
- 100" Elite Screens AeonEdgeFree, AR100H-CLR3 frame screen with a distance of approx. 4.5m.
- Sharp picture
- The device is currently being serviced as an unexpected noise has occurred. This is not due to the ventilation unit.
It is assumed that an internal component has come loose and is causing the noise through vibration.
This is only an assumption and is the subject of ongoing investigations.

The picture can be made smaller by positioning it closer to the wall.
I cannot answer conclusively how small.

I would like to give you the following food for thought:

The device (ultra-short distance projector) absolutely needs a good screen.
It is important to choose the right one that is suitable for such a device.
I have the following: Elite Screens AeonEdgeFree, AR100H-CLR3 frame screen.

Ex.
Cost of projector + cost of screen (incl. Transpport about the same price as the projector, depending on the promotion also a little cheaper)
- You can also buy a top TV 65-75" or even bigger for the same price.

Hisense itself states on its own homepage: 80"-150"

65" doesn't make sense for an ultra-short throw projector, use a normal projector instead.
