Can someone please explain to me the difference between Momentum 2, Momentum Wireless and Momentum 2 Wireless (as posted here at Digitec)? Or is Momentum Wireless = Momentum 2 Wireless?

Momentum M2 are on-ear or over-ear. Momentum are in-ear, so a completely different product.

The difference between wireless and non-wireless, besides the obvious (Bluetooth), is that only the wireless version has noise cancellation. Besides, you can also use the wireless version wired with NC (that's exactly what I do).
