The HDMI cable is HDMI 2.0 so it should support arc, your TV connection should also support arc.
According to Google, this is the case from version 1.4.

I would therefore say that it is possible to connect the Teufel Box to the TV with this cable, provided that the HDMI connection of the TV is 1.4 or higher.
