It doesn't really matter what you attach.

As long as it is connected via USB C and the device can be charged via USB C (e.g. with the original power adapter supplied), it will work.

I can also use this dock to charge my Mac or iPhone.

Hi, yes I have a T14 Gen4 and it charges the battery even when in use.
