Can this player be configured to output uncompressed digital audio? i.e. PCM Audio (or other) but not Dolby Digital or DTS compressed formats this is important because digital audio -> analogue converters do not take compressed formats... thank you for your answer

Unfortunately, we could not find out if it is possible to configure it for uncompressed audio.
Here are the formats it supports:
Dolby Digital
Dolby TrueHD
DTS-HD Master, DTS-HD Master
