Yes, it works. I connected the Apple TV box and it works. Sound not convincing but ok.

I haven't tried it, a hdmi cable is included, theoretically it should work. the best solution, ask the question directly to lg.com support, then you are on the safe side.

Unfortunately, I cannot give you any information about using the screen with a digital TV box.
The screen is only used as an external monitor in the office.
