Unfortunately I have no experience with this processor. However, I can give you my information on an Intel i7 8700k, and it will not get warmer than max. 62° under load with the cooling, such as with a Flight Simulator 2020. However, I think that cooling for your processor is quite possible, as long as the socket of the motherboard matches that of the water cooling.
