Can you also mount the Thrustmaster T248 on it? If this is not possible, which wheel stand would be available instead (if possible also on digitec)?

Yes, according to the manufacturer's website, you can fit the steering wheel. However, it is probably clamped and not screwed on. If that doesn't bother you, I can recommend the Wheel Stand Pro Deluxe V2 without reservation. Great product 😁
