Can you also use 4k 60Hz with it? I once got a cheaper version and couldn't get 60Hz. I have a MacBook Pro 13 2020 version.

Yes, it is supported -> https://support.apple.com/de-ch.... I myself use the adapter with 4K/60Hz with a MacBook Pro 16" 2020.

But beware: the monitor must also support it. An inferior HDMI cable can also cause problems.
