can you use the pre-installed 200mm fan or could you replace it with a more effective 200mm fan. any experience?

When I was setting up the PC, I found the fan to be quite usable. Quiet running is important for me, which was also given. Since I have designed my PC system (24x7 operation) for low heat and do not use it as a room air hoover, I do not need the fan. So I have no long-term experience. I would start with the installed fan.
