Dear Community, Dear Quest 2 owners. Is it possible to connect a USB-C stick with media files to the Quest? and can you then view the pictures, videos etc. e.g. from the video camera, which video files can the Oculus open, is there a VLC to download which then opens all videos? Best thanks

Hello Marc, as far as I know, this function has been deactivated on both Oculus Quests, so that you can watch films etc. via a USB stick. You can either download the films to the Quest 2 via the Sidequest tool or directly from the PC via a USB cable to the Quest 2. You can also stream from the PC with the Link cable or Air Link. If you record videos with the Oculus, you can also save them to your PC with the Sidequest tool. The Oculus is actually like an Android smartphone. With the app Bigscreen you can watch the films like in the cinema. There are many tutorials on YouTube, also in German, I can recommend the YouTube channel "Die Zock Stube VR" or "Voodoo DE VR". You just have to google a bit... good luck and have fun with the Oculus Quest 2. greetings Holdino
