Dear Community I have bought & installed the CommanderPro (incl. RGB Hub)... The LL120 fans light up, but the CommanderPro does not appear on the iCue software... Unfortunately, I cannot control the fans... What can I do?

In my case, the cause was a problem with the USB signal (a Lighting Node Core & a Commander Core (from the AIO) are connected to the Commander Pro via USB) - plus 2 RGB hubs.

My solution (thanks to the Corsair Forum) : Use an internal USB hub with power supply via SATA. The cheapest one did the trick (I think it was 15.-), removing the devices behind it did nothing - with the USB hub I can still use the USB passthrough.
