Dear Digitec Team I bought the printer a few days ago. Price/performance is top, but... It is a device for the German market (came with Schuko plug and not with Swiss device cable). The serial number cannot be entered at Brother for the advertised trade-in bonus. This should be clearly communicated. In my case, Brother was kind enough to accept the German serial number and will transfer the trade-in bonus to me.

Regarding the plug: Contact Digitec customer support, they will (usually) send you a Swiss plug.
