Dear Galaxus Team, Dear Community I bought the headphones a week ago and have been trying unsuccessfully to connect them to my stationary computer (Asus) and my laptop (Dell). Although the headphones are displayed in the Bluetooth menu (paired), they cannot be "connected". Currently, only a connection to the mobile phone (Samsung) is possible, which is clearly not enough for me. I am therefore grateful for your help. Kind regards

Yes, that only worked for me after a firmware update of the headphones themselves. However, it may be that the comment about Bluetooth 5 is also true, I work with a relatively young Dell notebook. After that it works wonderfully...

Unfortunately, many notebooks and PCs still do not have Bluetooth 5.0. The XM3 need this because they connect on 2 channels simultaneously. Unfortunately, I don't think it's backwards compatible.

I had a similar problem with my IPhone and MS Surface. To connect to another device, I had to end the connection with the IPhone first. Then everything worked.
