Software is included, but already a bit outdated, it is called Cura and available on the Ultimaker website in the latest version. Yes, you can print practically anything you want. But don't forget, with a 3D printer it takes a lot of patience until everything is well set up and the first good prints are produced. The Anycube Mega Zero is a very good printer for the price, but because its base plate is not heatable, it can be a challenge to get the thing you want to print to stick to the plate.
