Do you also only have server errors from Steam? I have not been able to play for a second. Everything works, only playing via Steam hangs or server errors.

Everything worked for me on the first try. I used the Virtual Desktop software and it is absolutely worth the 20 USD. Pico's own streaming app is rubbish....
