Do you know if this will work with Mac Pro 19 with XDR display? The idea would be to extend the more than 2m limit of the TB4 cables with this hub. So: Mac Pro >>> 2m TB cable >>> OWC hub >>> 2m TB cable >>> XDR monitor. Does anyone know anything about this?

Basically, this should work if you cascade the hubs and use them as repeaters. It's also shown that way on the manufacturer's site.
But there are also active optical cables that can transmit Thunderbolt over a longer distance. It would be the much simpler and less error-prone option. The 2019 Mac Pro has TB3 ports:
