How can I activate the boxes?

You don't need a driver for the Logitech Z625 speakers. These speakers are designed as a plug-and-play device and work without the need for additional drivers as they have standard audio connections such as 3.5 mm, RCA and optical inputs that can be connected directly to your devices.
