Does anyone else have problems with the other party not hearing you or only hearing you very poorly within the first few seconds? I have this phenomenon regardless of whether I use Teams (via the dongle) or a Bluetooth connection with my mobile. After that, the voice quality seems to be perfect, only the first few seconds are problematic.

no, so far nobody has complained, regardless of whether it's a phone or a team. in my case, I often have to ask for the name again at the beginning of a call. but that could also be due to the new culture of telephoning ...
Tip: I would try a new one, then you're safe. Galaxus will certainly offer you a hand (if you're a good customer ;-)

In fact, my Jabra has the same phenomenon. I have not been able to solve it so far. It can even be assigned through the recording function and takes about 5-7 seconds until the correct volume is set... However, it now occurs on my mobile (iPhone) - not on the PC and was not a reason for me to replace the headset.
