Does anyone else have the problem that this docking station slows down the notebook extremely? As soon as the docking station is connected, the processor is constantly busy and runs at full speed. As soon as the docking station is no longer connected, the laptop runs like clockwork. Has anyone had the same experience?

I have the dock on my Thinkpad P1, runs fine except for the usual Thunderbolt display problems. Have you updated everything? Firmware ? Maybe you can use the task manager or ProcessExplorer to see which process it is and thus narrow down the problem a bit...
