First charge the powerbank fully! During the charging process, the display flashes white, but as far as I know, only the part that has not yet been charged...the charged part lights up steadily...try again and let me know...

That's strange.
Mine has now been running for almost 10 months without any problems.
Now I can't charge anything and the powerbank won't charge either.
I assume that the circuit board is defective.

I have the same problem, I can't charge any device; the display flashes... The powerbank was fully charged before, but unused for about 10 days. But surely it shouldn't discharge completely so quickly?
