Does anyone know the battery life? Is it possible that 4 players can play at the same time in the same game on the same Switch Console with a Procontroller? Thanks a lot

Battery life: no idea. But relatively long.
So you probably mean with one Pro Controller each? Yes, of course that's possible. You can simply use 4 controllers on the Switch at the same time.
